WE UNDERSTAND THAT QUALITY CANNOT BE FORCED.

Such things as TQM (total quality management) and other mechanically enforced programs are faddish and short-lived. True enduring quality comes from people who CARE about their customers. We are very careful to invite caring people to join our team, people of very high character. The rest takes care of itself!

Wall 2 Wall Flooring also understands a business is a TEAM in every respect similar to a sports team. “It’s not my job” is not practiced here

Great experience with Wall 2 Wall.

Called on a Wednesday with a last-minute decision to surprise my wife with new carpet for Mother’s Day.

Jeny was very helpful and found an opening that she could squeeze me in on Friday, just so I could surprise my wife who was out of town.

Got great carpet for a great price and the service was excellent.

In June of 2013 I found myself in a situation no one ever wants to experience and one I had never been in before. Water damage to the extent of now I have to choose new flooring (which is again something I have never done before).

I made a call to Wall 2 Wall and within a few minutes was on my way to their store. From beginning to end of my experience with them they were nothing but genuinely professional and sincerely caring.
